Dentist for kids?

Can anyone recommend a dentist here that either specialises in treating kids, or is particularly good with them, please? My youngest bub has a new tooth emerging through her upper gum while the baby tooth is still there, so she may need an extraction and is quaking in terror at the thought.

After my recent experiences I would recommend the dentists at Quality Healthcare - my kids go there for check ups n stuff - one recently had a filling and it went like a breeze.
Average by Intention.
