yeah, my vote is for causeway bay. i work there and see dozens of 'guest houses' around lee garden road. not sure if thats a term for hostel or what....worth a look tho

not to mention that ALL this hostels well known as short time rooms if you understand what i mean.
good sleep
my advise is: stay away from HK if you not have enough cash to support your stay properly. HK is expensive even you find cheap accomodation. its not the right place for backpackers.
