The sad thing is how keymaker puts no value on diversity - his perfect world would be full of identical women who all meet his own subjective definition of "ideal". Personally I couldn't imagine anything more boring.

...or, there is a points system, like trying to get overseas residency. If you don;t reach a certain level , you have to apply for a license.
