plenty in causeway bay/wan chai you'll have to drop spacious (unless 360 sqf is spacious to you), and you might need to up the price a bit if you want a serviced apartment with all those facilities
www.shama.com to give you an idea

Thanks. Last time I stayed in Hong Kong for two months last year, I stayed at The Bay Bridge in New Territories. I was looking at the Harbour Plaza in North Point so I guess I will have to raise the price to $26,000hk a month coz 360sqf is tiny....

cheaper, spacious and all the facilities you want, but a busride away from central

You could try Harbourview Horizon and the soon-to-open Harbourfront Horizon in Hung Hom. They are on the darkside but many of the apartments have harbour views (and gym, laundry etc etc) and you're within 10 minutes walk of the Hung Hom ferry pier, which has a ferry that scoots straight across to Wanchai.
The website is still under construction but they have the hotline listed: http://www.horizonhotels.com.hk/harbourview.html

hung hom ferry pier only goes to north point, it shuts at 7.30pm, the buses delay their arrival so you ALWAYS miss the fukkin ferry - and then you're stuck because there's NOTHING around, not even a 7/11, for another half an hour
come think of it, that harbourview thing might be cheap

smog is correct. There are two comanies running ferry services out of Hung Hom from two seperate piers, but they're only 100-200m apart. HH also run a free shuttle bus service to TST. And yes, the apartments are very cheap for what you get and they're also brand spanking new.
The 619sf, two bdrm apartments on the lower floors of Harbouview Horizon were going for $9990/mth and up to $13000/mth on the higher floors. They only do 6-24mth leasing though. They also have larger 3bdrm apartments but I don't know what price they're going for. These prices don't include cleaning or electricity, but to have a cleaner come in twice every week only costs another $400/mth. I'm not sure if there's any places left in Harbourview Horizon but it's worth looking into and as I said earlier Harbourfront Horizon should be opening up soon. I dare say they'll be more expensive though as it literally is on the shoreline.

I'm moving there to work for at least a year or two, working in Wan Chai. I don't want to live in the dark side (sounds scary), what exactly are you talking about? The fact that there is too much smog or it is dangerous? Could you tell me about the different locations on Hong Kong Island and what they offer? The Gold Coast residence looks good, I will email them.

The Darkside is what people who live on Hong Kong Island affectionately call Kowloon/New Territories etc.

What one might do in Wan Chai is also known as going to The Dark Side.

Lana - that all depends what 'nice' means to you. HK is a city of contrasts. Wanchai very much so.
You used to speak the truth. But now you're clever.
