Google: Ferry schedule Dongguan hong kong = you'll be amazed what you find...

Going to DG is defined by where in DG you are trying to get to - it's actually a big ol' place and it is sometimes easier to take a bus or train rather than the ferry.

Best of all - get the driver to pick you up and drop you at the destination...

But now you're clever.

KCR East to Lo Wu, cross the border, pass on the shops, train to Dongguan City. You'll have as much fun as Fiddler's Dram sang about.

I would suggest you take a train from HK to Dongguan then get someone to receive you at the train station. This would be the easiest, but then again, it really does depend on where in Dongguan you have to go.

It's about an hours train ride from HK (Hunghom) to Dongguan.

Hmm, Ma Chong is quite a distance from where I am in Dogguan. However, as far as I know, there is a Bus from Lo Wu direct to Central Dongguan Bus Station and Ma Chong is a 20 minute Taxi ride from there.
