Can anybody suggest me a nice stay over place near beach at Lamma Island? We want to stay there for 2 nights for easter. Do we have to book before?

I cannot tell you which guest house is better since I have never stayed in any of them.

THe Concerto Inn is right on the beach - quite posh (for Lamma) and a bit pricey compared to the places in the village. Nice place and lovely surroundings - perfect for beach and walking on the trail over to Sok Kwu Wan or Lo So Shing, which is closer and the nicest beach on Lamma IMO.
If you're just going for a weekend I think it would be worth it. I recommend calling them - you may need to book.
