So if it was getting a bit heavy why not lock it? - no need to delete delete delete. Locking's an option - a lot of folk had contributed to that one.

Yes unfortunately the last few points went off at the deep end and compromised the rest of the thread so we had to delete.

The deleted thread was about an electrician wanting to find a job out here in HK, he got some blunt harsh "advice" from other members, towards the end of the thread it got a bit out of hand.
