I need a solicitor to manage the purchase of a flat... can anyone recommend a cheap one ?
I am currently looking at 5.5K from one.. anyone paid less ??

I'd say that's a pretty good deal - I was quoted over 18k by one "expat firm", in the end with a more local outfit I think I the fees were around 7-8k
I have a cunning plan ........
