Female 29year old expat in foreign company seeking female roommate of any nationality, background, to share beautiful 2-bedroom 35floor apartment in The Merton expat apartment building in Kennedy Town, not far from Central, HK$5000 per month.
I speak native English, also mandarin and Japanese, and learning Cantonese.
Very new apartment with Seaview, balcony, big lounge, washing machine, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, in high quality, safe, and nice community building with pool, gym, clubhouse, 24hour security.
I work hard, play hard, learn and enjoy making new friends. Am a tidy, non-smoking, friendly roommate, with good past roommate references. I will take the contract with the apartment owner unless you prefer otherwise.

Hey! I'm looking for an apartment to rent near Central because I work near there and want to live in the city. Can you give me your contact e-mail Katie? I'd like to arrange a viewing of the apartment and discuss rent etc if the place is still available.
Some info about me if you would like to know is I'm a 20year old Chinese (English and Cantonese speaking) working female and moved to Hk around a week ago and am still looking for a comfortable place to live. As I grew up in a house, the studios in the city are just far too small for me at the prices I can afford at the moment so I've been looking for someone who needs a flatmate.

Hey katie, so have you found any female roommate to share the house w u?? If not, I am interested since I work at Western District.
So, HK$5,000 per month is for what size of bedroom (around how many sq ft??)
Does this rate inclusive of all those maintanence fees / electronic fees etc.

hey Katie, how about letting a male have the room. my family will come over occasionally to stay in my room for a couple of months every so often. and i'm really young at 20. central flats are soo exe and small and the area stinks so i wanna move ok. i am handsome and very clean and tidy and love to party and play hard and work hard. i think you would prefer a guy?
