I finaly found the information I was looking for.
"Soda", upper basement, Harilela House, 79 Wyndham St., Central, 25212212
Men can drink for free on the last Wednesday of every month vodka-based drinks from 9pm till midnight.
Well, it's better than nothing.
Let's dry out that bar!!!

Mate - for the savings made I doubt I'm going to make a special effort to go to one bar on a Wednesday night. In the big scheme that is 'Partying in Hong Kong' - how much is it going to save? Soda is an OK bar - nothing wrong with it at all.

You will never dry out a bar which has 'free' drinks. Not as long as they have a sink with a tap in it, anyway.
Go somewhere with a decent happy hour instead. Its more worthwhile.

We can, but we can't telepathically spot fit burds!!! Tbh, have seen trailers for that prog. but can't ever recall having watched it to sample Miss Milano's delights

EmilyBronte, the milanese happy hour is not a half price drink. That's London.
Try to google "happy hour a Milano" to find out.
And I understand there is an Italian bar in Hong Kong who does something similar, but I don't know yet which one.
