I'm just looking at the classifieds section here. What's with all the adverts from Century 21 on properties in Tung Chung? Do they think everyone wants to buy property in HK?
Bit of an overkill...or are they one of the sponsers?

Nope, its a free site, so if they want to put adverts there that is up to them.
I have no issue with it, in fact its nice toe see that they want to as it just brimgs more content to the site.

IMHO the guy posting all the property ads is abusing the service. He lists property for sale, with prices, and then puts them under the rental category with no rental price. So you always get his listing no matter what search criteria you use. It is making the search function useless and a waste of time.
