Eva Air are OK in business class. You may also wish to consider Asiana, Korean Airlines or the Japanese carriers. Thai Airways also advertise direct flights from Bangkok to New York.
Edit: www.zuji.com.hk is offering Korean for HK$30k plus taxes and Thai for HK$35k plus taxes. I'd go for the latter and have a stop over in Bangkok. Air Canada plus Eva Air for a little more I think.
