This looks more like a float for a swimming pool. Its not what I am looking for, but thanks for the try Hannibal. Any one else know any info about where to buy an air mattress in HK?

Hippiedude> I remember Nasdaq Index asking the same question a while back, I'll try to find the thread for you. IIRC, Paps said the homeware shop in Coda Plaza (McDonnell Rd, Central) has airbeds, and again, iirc, Tequila Kola does a very funky version complete with built-in air pump and it all folds up neatly into a duffel bag-type thing. I'll see what info I can find and let you know!
Here's that thread: http://www.hkexpats.com/HKXPosts~ID~10697~CAT~18~FORUM~2.htm#TOP

That's the kinda post I've been waiting for. The one from Tequila Kola looks great, but I am afraid it looks a bit pricey to boot. I will try to get down to the place at Coda Plaza sometime soon to check out the items there. Thanks again for your high quality, ever-helpful info Lola and Paps.

I've tried sleeping on these things and they're cr*p. They buckle in the middle. It's more comfortable just to fold up some blankets, and sleep on them.

Not true of my coda plaza one... it's really comfy and only dips slightly in the middle... OK even for Spanner and his dodgy back

Hey, you never know what you are dreaming at sleep. If there’s no anti-slip, you , or your quest , might end up waking up in the next room or ............. downstairs.
