Been to the Cherating one but none of the others. It was OK....if you like the French.

Darling, what do you rate out of those 3 :
1. Westin, Langkawi (flt connect time not really good) 2. Club Med (more expensive, becos all food and beer inclusive, i'm afraid to see lot of kids) 3. Shangri-La, Kota Kinabaru (nice but i've been there twice)

The core Club Med is (basically) a product aimed at families with kids. If you dont want to be surrounded by kids then don't go to Club Med.
Also the (included) wine at club med is almost undrinkable.

Altho it's hard to believe that a French place doesn't serve drinkable wine, must be sh!te.

The beer is fine and they were serving me Bacardi on the house too.. Can't really complain.
It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than open ones mouth and remove all doubt.
