Normally, when it comes to breakfast, I am strictly following the Sicilian diet - but this morning I was quite peckish when I woke, so I had a looksee in the larder and rustled myself up a fish finger sandwich (I tossed them lovingly in my season 18 inch cast iron skillet, fact fans)

and it was f**k ing lovely

I had an egg & tomato samwdige from a wee hole-in-the-wall shop on Caine Road. Tomatoes were a bit on the sour side, but for $7, you cannae really complain, can you?

And for dessert, I will be having Pocky.

whatever metabolism you're got, it's sure not the east one.

btw, I'm glad you finally believe the east and west have different metabolism.

yes, and I believe the west one is much better than the east, natch

though of course, HK metabolism is more west than east as you lot were British for so long, and still are in your hearts

Reminds me when I returned for holidays druing summer, my relatives asked, "So you must have eaten lots of steaks, potatoes, burgers blah blah blah...." just because I spent the year in the States.
