In a month I'll have two or three days there. Can you guys tell me what is more interesting, you know, places, museums, restaurants etc.? I mean, I have the books and stuff, but an impresion made on the field is always better.
Asti, do you have some hints, please?
Thanks a lot.

If you like music and clubs you should head to Hongdae. Its on the light green subway line north of the river near Ewha Womens University and Honggik(sp) University. If you are into the expat scene check out Itaewon for cheap goods and cheap brews. Apgujeong is nice for luxury shopping although its very expensive in S. Korea. Head up to Anguk station (Near Top of Orange line) to Insa-dong to explore some Korean modern and traditional art exhibits. Anguk also is the station for Gyeongbukgung(sp), one of the old palace-like fortresses. If you like nature then head to Bonwhasan on the brown rail (north east) or Suraksan (also northeast but can't remember which rail). You can do some nice hiking and get some great photos. Or if you like culture, hop on one of the buses from Gangnam and head out to the Korean Folk village near Suwon. The military history museum is also worth a peep. It's located between Itaewon and Yongsan stations. Well, that will get you started. If you wanna know anything else, send a PM.
