Trying to warn everyone about a bad experience I had with my relocators so anyone looking in the future knows who to stay clear of...the Consumer Council is doing absolutely nothing!
Anyway, decided to try to move my bags with the Baggage Company (www.thebaggagecompany.com). It's been a nightmare. They moved around the pick up date about five times, and so far I still don't have my baggage back despite that it's been 20 weeks (they say on their website that it will take 8 to 12 weeks). They're fairly uncommunicative...so at this point I'm not sure that I'll EVER get my personal belongings back. Find someone else...or use the post office. It costs nearly the same!
HEre today, gone tomorrow.
