Has anyone had the pleasure of flying the CX new seat configuration 747 ? How is it comparing to other airline biz seats? What routes are they usually flying?

Not on the (CX270/271) Amsterdam route, unfortunately...
. The problem with instant gratification is that it takes too bloody long...

I can only speak for business & first; I haven't seen the new economy.
J is great if want you want to do is get into your own little box, lie flat and sleep. If you want to do any of the following, or if you like a fresh flow of air around you, it's hopeless: - read a newspaper - look out of the window - travel with someone else in a way you can hold a conversation, hold hands, etc - travel with a child who needs supervision
F is better but has two major flaws: - there is very limited luggage storage, which is a real pain - there are no longer any pairs of seats where couples can travel together (although it is possible for a smallish person to sit reasonably comfortably at the foot of the suite on the ottoman.
The F toilets on the 747 are already known as the "Mile High Clubrooms" due to being substantially larger than previously.

London mainly for the 747 at the moment, also some regional flights in between. There was one on Frankfurt for a while a couple of months back. They're starting to introduce them on some N America routes as well - in conjunction with the new 777-300ERs that are doing a second New York non-stop from sometime in the next few weeks.

Have they installed a condom dispenser then or is that part of the "vanity pack".

Neither. But particularly if you're already a couple before you got on the plane then that needn't be a problem... (and I'm pretty sure that a significant majority of the sex that happens in the world happens without a condom).
