Perhaps your associates are merely suffering from post-tour Absolutelyfcukeditis. Three big nights with 2-4 hours' sleep and footy for 2 days in 30 degree heat will do that to ya.

Perhaps, but he's only just struggled in via the docs yesterday and he's just gone home sick...
(And, as I understand it, he was more of a travelling supporter than a player...)

Ah, so he was no doubt libating pitch-side during the day too. It takes a lot of stamina to get through these weekends unscathed.

oh my...I was invited to drinks by a friend of mine last Fri and this was suppose to be with the whole football club...I cancelled off on account of having made previous plans...
imagine that...I could've seen you there CAG...

didn't bother to get the name of the club/s but I know for sure that one club was from HK and the other was from Shanghai...
 hmmm...the word 'hunky' never came up though....darn
