Suddenly it comes up in my mind. Someone said there are certain food is good to have/avoid during yr period. e.g. Chinese - No melon, cold drink. American - drink canberry juice.
What's other things you've heard from yr countries ??

yes, agree. if you eat pineapple the period will come twice every month. at least, depends how many pineapple you eat.

LT, being white and ace, your metabolism is scientifically proven to be slower; thus consuming two pineapples would not have the same effect on you as on someone on the rag.
(PS, the times when i ordered cranberry juice does NOT have anything to do with having visitors, i'd just like to clarify that.)

Pineapple ? That's interesting, I never heard of it. Is that because pineapple is kind of those "wet" type fruit ?
( Chinese say different food has it's own nature. e.g. beer/melon/vege - cold food. chili/chips,etc -heat stuff, etc. It effect different body type. e.g. heat base/cold base body...... )
