Well - Don't know about you - but this "mere male" ain't expecting a "C section" anytime soon, just ever yet more visits to the dentist to patch up my "Tombstones" - or rather, the few that haven't been of the type that are cemented into place.<Grin>

My son has not had a cavity.
For me, I think it's because of my vigilance in not giving him anything sweet to eat when he was growing up. No candies, no soft drinks. Lots of natural fruit juices [:p]
Even now, when he is offered sweets and soft drinks he prefers not to.
But he did inherit my love for chocolates[88]
I dream again
