Our firm chef (who is French) is thinking of moving to greener pastures (out of the UK), what are the job prospects in HK?

He has more than 15 years experience as a chef/sous chef (including as The Savoy in London), and has also worked abroad before (Dubai). What sort of salary could he expect in HK, would he have any difficulty finding a job?

Also if anyone had the details of the catering agency that was given in the last HK Magazine (the issue focussing on careers) or any other useful agencies that would be great!

Thank you very much to both of you, I will pass this on.

KT I work for a law firm (we are very well treated, we have an in-house chef, I must say that it impresses everyone, our clients and other solicitors he he he!)
