shipping a LCD TV back to the UK

We have a 'spare' LCD TV which we want to ship back to the UK to give to the grandparents. We contacted the company we normally use to do small shipments but they say we need to build our own care.
Does anyone know of anyone companies that can do the whole thing for us - i.e. packing & shipping.

why not just carry it back next time you go... you know that will that it will be smashed to smithers when it get's there
