A bit late I know but I had a zombie weekend. How did you like the Santana concert? I had a brilliant time!

No need. 'T was a great concert.
The venue is okay, but they cram it so full of chairs, there's no room for people to get up and dance. Not necessary as it wasn't sold out. The large and empty VIP reserved sections were unnecessary as well. Oh, and the seats are obviously built for midgets...
The band rocked though!

so you got the greatest harbour in the world, a magnificent 40,000 seater stadium and then you put concerts next to a runway; no booze, no food, no chill, no thrill.
great.

Booze and food were available. had the misfortune of trying their white wine at 45 bucks a pop. Think I've tasted better from 30 dollar André bottles...

I've only been there once (for Oasis) and I don't think I'll be going back in a hurry. The venue is truly awful. There are not that many people dying to see Santana/Bjork/ Santana or whoever to justify segregation of the standing room into 2 sections (they did for Oasis). Totally ruined the atmosphere. There was a 100 metre gap between the people standing at the front and the next lot. Absolute greed.
