A friend of mine is looking for an 2 Brs Apt (minimum )between the period of Aug 15th and Sep 15th (dates can be flexible -+ 10days). He asked his boss to work out of the HK office in the summer and would like to bring his family over during the same period.
He is looking for at least a 2 Brs apt, it can be in Central, DB...- he is flexible on the location and budget-- Pls let me know if you know anyone is interested in making extra money over this summer or a site/agent I can contact to get info.

You would probably get a better response on other forums. We're only here to entertain ourselves.
Why not go for a serviced apartment if his budget is open. Also check out DB forum as I recall they have weekly & monthly rentals. There are vacation houses on Lamma and some outlying islands as well.

go to the marina in DB, I've known someone staying over for 2 weeks on a boat for something like 10-15k and they loved it!
It's hard hitting and across two legs. No, it's not Craig Bellamy's golf club, it's the champions league semi-finals

Er, you likely won't be allowed to drive the boat. it would just be at the marina, and it would likely be 1/3 the size if not less than your apartment!

wrong - a 1400sqf boat means you get the full 1400sqf. no windows benches etc etc

DB forum would good a start. I dont think a boat is an option as he has very young kids, but you never know!

thats true but with kids you gotta be awefully quiet on board as its very nboisy at night when people still move around when the kids need to sleep. "says someone who lived on boats for quite some years"
