I'll put the vote to the people, when would be easier for people to get together?

Not sure about setting up different race scenarios. I think the guy likes to set the system up so that we are all running the same track, cars etc...

Also, the FI cars are seriously difficult. I started off with Porsche GT3's (which is really for beginners) and that proved to be quite difficult in terms of learning the track, racing line, braking distances etc..

Saying that, I'm game for a laugh and if we all choose F1, Formula 3000 then so be it.

My vote is for Porsche GT3s frankly. I haven't done any significant amount of driving for a couple of years now at least, so F1 would be a bit too much of a challenge I feel.

Omg you buncha girls.

Pick a date ~ someone, anyone ~ and be done with it. Whoever can make it, can. Whoever can't, can't. Big fookin deal.

Phone the place, book however many spots required.

Is not rocket science, izzit.

I have similar attitude when I'm asked what one should wear to dinner/ wedding/ function (especially when running late). Pick a f**king dress and be done with it.

I'd like to give it a try - let me know when it is and if I'm in town I'll come along.

Er, just realised that Mrs smog can't do Wednesday or Friday evenings starting on the 30th, so that would rule her out...

can we have Fundy do a virtual Kovalainen ? I can see tires flying all over the shop already

It's hard hitting and across two legs. No, it's not Craig Bellamy's golf club, it's the champions league semi-finals

I can't drive so I'll be keeping a low profile on this one. But if you need me to step in and organize everything for you, you daft petrolhead nerds, just say the word.

Sorry for the delay boys and girls but some idiot actually gave me a job to do which means that I have to fly back to dirtland next week.

I tried to set it up for this week originally but a few people couldn't make it. Anyhow, I'll be back in Honkers the week starting Mon 10th May so would that be a good week for people?

Perhaps Wed 12th or Thur 13th, anyone have any preferences?

Next week I mostly expect to be in Dirtland myself.
