At times like this, I think: What would HKBloke do?

4 just for show
According to the site they can be set up in all sorts of ways to enable you to control wing angles, gear shifts, etc just like on an F1 car.

Looks excellent - but 300$ for 30 mins - thats 6 pints worth of time and wedge in LKF east...so.....600$ for an hour of drink-driving...safely. Great!

to be, or not to be, what was the question?

1. Not that I know of.
2. Software as in which PC program?
3. No speakers (from what I could see). All sound is via the headphones supplied.
4. The buttons control stuff like; selecting reverse gear, switching on the speed limiter for pit lane, adjusting front/rear brake bias and loads of techno-geek stuff like that.....
Gears are selected via a paddle switch behind the steering wheel......unless you opt for chicken sh*t auto transmission of course!!

Mrs smog and I are in. Is the holiday going to make it harder or easier to book the place?

Ah yes, public holiday, forgot about that. Maybe better to do Wed 30 April then?

g man, by that I assume you mean the F1 red rockets? I believe they do....assuming we chose to race F1 and the likes. Difficulty level would be rather high though........

might try the silver cans then, easier - and slower

so we meet somewhere in LKF, and after happy hour we go racing? sounds like a plan!

Presumably if there are enough of us we could have two separate race environments running at the same time? One for F1 and one for, say, sports cars?

I would have thought that April 30 (evening before a holiday) might be harder than the evening of the holiday (work next day). I was asking more because people might be taking the Friday (2 May) and having a long weekend away.
