I heard those loans applications have dropped along with transactions have shrunk and some potential sellers have begun to reduce their asking prices? Does anyone here feeling the heat yet?

As long as interest rate remains low, it should be ok. Unless the US picks up (and when that would happen is anyone's guess), then interest should remain low. But we will all be screwed by inflation though....what to do?

Don't feel a thing! When people start to move to places like Lamma Island, then we know it's trouble!

Anyone started bargain hunting for US stocks yet? Stock price of my company has actually gone up slightly since the beginning of the year.

What does it mean by "places like Lamma"?
BTW, do feel worried. Lamma is now over populated with expats from town and the rent has gone stupid for us scruffy people to afford!

Most of those loans would be used for S&P contracts signed a month earlier, and with so much cash in the market..... I am still getting improving offers (that I reject) on my property in shatin if thats any use to anyone.....

We will consume 85 million barrels of oil today, what's going to be left for tomorrow?
