After spending a vacation in Macau, I am considering purchasing a condominium there as an investment/second home. From searching online, I understand that foreigners can legally own a condominium, none of the 99 year stuff. However, I have only been able to find a handful of Macau real estate websites, many which look dated. can anyone give me an idea of the price range (hkd/m2) for a high end condo in Macau? And... does anyone know of how owning a condo, but not working in Macau affects your ability to live there (Visa)... Thanks.
