Stephen Gan was convicted yesterday of molesting two taxi drivers.
The court received many letters of mitigation including one from Mr. Chong, the executive director of Oxfam.
"He attends many charity events and he also loves to work with his hands as well"
With friends like that............

The poor Little Focker; I can't say though I've ever felt the need to touch up a taxi driver - felt ready to thump a couple and one that I gladly would have killed - but touching a taxi drivers willy - well that's just plain weird.

Disgraced Prince of Pak Fah Yeow Gan Fock-wai yesterday made a public apology to investors and fans at his first public appearance since being convicted on Friday of molesting two male taxi drivers.
The apology comes five days ahead of sentencing.
Gan said he will continue to lead the pharmaceutical oil firm as chief executive.
I am deeply sorry if this incident has caused agitation, discomfort and anxiety to anyone, Gan said at his firms Gloucester Road headquarters after bowing five times.
Gan was accompanied by former actor Tang Ho-kwong, who works for Pak Fah Yeow and was rumored to be his lover.
Bowing deeply between statements, Gan added: I apologize for upsetting my fans.
As a former director of Po Leung Kuk and a donor to many other organizations, Gan asked for forgiveness from charities.
Gan then said in English he hopes the taxi drivers, his family, teachers, lawyers, the judge in the case and his friends would live happily and have good health.
Gan said the apology would be his last comment on the case.
Gan was convicted of molesting a taxi driver on October 10 last year and another driver on November 30, 2003.
A new TV commercial for Hoe Hin Strain Relief a product of Gans firm was also launched on Friday. It features Gan and his song called Happy or Unhappy.

I heard that Beer Boy once had a similar thigh-fondling altercation with a taxi driver, and was only able to escape from the ensuing kerfuffle by producing a crisp $500 for the irate cabbie.

When Bus Uncle comes back I think it is time for a career change to driving Taxi's. Thought they weren't making much....Sounds very lucrative.
Explains why they were only asking for a dollar extra.
