WOW, this really seems to have done some damage, over 10,000 killed or missing now.
Maybe they will finally have to open up a little and get some help. But how did they not see this comming, do they not have weather forecasts ?

I'm sure they'll 'open up' for outside help. (Darfur did after some discussion.) But once they got the help they need, it's 're-shun' as Dwight would say.
