public internet access in HK

Can anyone tell me if there are public places, ie. a library, a cafe , a community centre etc., where I can get unlimited internet access with MY OWN laptop ?
We have that in Toronto that's why I raised the question . Excuse my ignorance.
We have Cafe where you have to pay. Libraries where you get internet free all day. And there's an amazing Tim Horton's ( the odd one) that gives it for free. Internet access I mean.

in many places you can piggyback on others connections anyway so i wont think its too big a problem, unless yu need constant high speed access
Ex Freak on a Leash & Killer Tomato Soup, sorry but had to change as was being chased down by the spelling bee masterchampionships

All Cafe O and Cafe Habitu will give you free internet access. A few cafes and bars in mid-levels/ soho also do it but can't remember precisely which...

Cafe Habitu is on Queens Rd, almost opp the Hopewell Centre. Cafe O has branches all over the place......gooooooogle

Yes that Subway. I have been in Delaneys (across the street) and the computer listed Subway as "open". I think Mes Amis also in that area.

Most of the public housing in HK also have access as well
Some MTR station also has it too, not sure are they as available as before since Summer is approaching
Some mofos always try to ice skate uphill....
