Reviews say it's bloody good and I think I'll take the kids at the weekend.

Saw it last week and really enjoyed it; it is very gritty & 'real'... if your bubs are of a nervous disposition, they might be freaked out by some of the first 25 mins or so, Mumph.

Was it really??
I can't believe that guy is still alive. He was old when I was reading Marvel comics as a kid.

Just saw the film, way cool. I don't usually like movies based on comic books but this one is different. I didn't think Robert Downey Jr. would be good for the role and he is great. I wonder if he is and can tay clean, shame to waste his life on being drugged out. "Dont waste your life", says Yinsen before he goes off to meet up with his famiy.

He's been clean for a good while I believe - it wasn't just drugs and booze it was what he got up to when on drugs n booze - carrying unlicensed firearms and the like.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and want to go see it again. I hope they bring in 3D and I'll go see it at Megabox!

It was excellent. Easily the best comic / superhero film I've seen. Very entertaining, great escapism - Robert Downey also made the character interesting & without being cheesy. The kids loved it too. Only mistake was mine - choosing to watch the filum in Whampoa on mothers day.......
