That dish made from all egg whites is called ' choi pong Haih ' you serve that with a bit of red vinegar.
You obviously got it confused my dear, first of all I am very offended that you called me an omelette which I think I should be called egg foo young. The similarities are both beaten eggs, an omelette is well cooked and thick in texture , like a piece of pan cake. Where as egg foo young is juicy and tender .
I must apologise TL as I didn't mean to imply you were thick (in texture or otherwise) and I'm sure you're juicy and tender.
