I am sure we all had it.

How do you stop it permanently ?

I've never had a trip on a quilt. That's a new one for me. What was it like? Is it a magic carpet type event or are you talking about a trip in an LSD kind of way. Sounds ace. Sign me up. I reckon you'll need a tog?* rating of about 4 or 5 in this weather. That should be good for a few trips.

*Please note:
Tog is being superseded by new European regulations, for natural filled quilts only. Under the new European Norms (EN 12934), quilts will be labeled according to the % content of down and feather. Togs values will be dropped from sewn on labels in the near future and replaced by the EN 12934 ‘comfort temperature range’. Which will make everything as clear as f**king ditch water. Well done EU - taking something everyone understands spending s**t loads of money, making a new piece of legislation, translating it into 24 languages and leaving everyone confused as f**king usual.

Prerequisite of being catholic and keeping you catholic is the priest an' such inserts guilt pills that are timed to go off throughout your life....*

It's not the only thing catholic priests insert.
