Ok so now i really don't understand the catholic religeon - not that i did before.
The Vatican's astronomer has now come out and said that intelligent beings created by God could exist in outer space - apparently even on mars according to Father Gabriel Funes.
Ok so that's just one big get out clause and hopefully the start of massive backtracking before they completely admit that the Catholic Church is one big scam.
But it also appears that they are organising a big conference to mark the 200th anniversary of the Birth of Charles Darwin - the author of Origin of Species and the father of the theory of evolution.
How does that work then ?

The holy roman bank and empire cult of the great baby jesus isn't daft - it has worked out that it has to appear to promote and support certain scientific endeavors. It then will claim that whilst science can provide certain answers that this is done with god our father lord jesus f**king christ having the ultimate control, say so, veto and why don't you just follow him to eternal glory and put another ten f**king quid in the collection plate?

oic- so we descended from apes but god created them in the first place. Not sure where adam and eve fit in but let's gloss over that for now.
Now did god create the dinosaurs before or after the apes ? - or did we descend from T-rex ? Getting a bit confused. Perhaps as you say i put some money in the plate then everything will become clear.
And just t think there are millions of people of there that allow their whole life to be controlled by this stuff.

dinosaurs became extinct, becuase they missed the boat, during a typhoon that lasted more than a month...innit.
This incident was also allegedly linked to the development of the ten commandments, and the HK typhoon warning system. Both systems started out with 10 main guiding principles, and were design to assist one in avoiding a trip to hell.
Over the years both systems dropped some of these principles as superfluous.

No matter how many times people debate about God, how many threads have been posted, how many insults have been written about believers, how many arguments people have about religion, how many wars have been fought in the name of religion, I will continue to believe that I have a purpose driven life. Why? Because of personal life experiences. I don't claim to be perfect and I never will. But in my deepest and darkest moment of depression, God was there. This is not the most appropriate manner in which to share my story, but I will always believe that God is real. I cannot and would not like to speak for others, only for myself. I cannot "defend" God either. But He doesn't need me to do that.
I have asked many questions and there are still many things I do not comprehend. If I seem foolish to those who think my beliefs are unfounded, does it really matter? Not really, because at the end of the day, everyone is responsible for the choices they make.
If it is your opinion that there is no God, then it is a personal choice you have made. (You as in all of you who are reading this) But I do firmly believe that if you really want to know the answers to the questions you ask, you will get a response. Be warned though. It could be a life changing consequence.

Actions do speak louder than words but you have already decided to clump all those who believe and claim to do so in one big basket. Is it easy to ignore the ones who have done greater good? I suppose some people prefer to acknowledge evil rather than goodness.

The thing is Velvet is if there is this certain belief in 'One God then that One God as he is All Powerful And Knows Everything Etc' then people who act badly IN HIS NAME are acting for the same god that others (yourself) Are Acting All Kind And Nice An' Stuff.
And if it isn't that that is the case then either you are just a nice person with spiritual feelings and that has f**k all to do with a supernatural being - or the foundations of many of the mainstream faiths are a load of b*****ks. Because god is not all powerful, all knowing and a bit of a sadistic w***er. If it is human choice to reject god and be evil then again - god is a deeply flawed character and is unable to act in the way advertised.
Personally I believe in people. Flawed or brilliant they are the only ones who can have an impact or change anything.

There are people who don’t want to seek further , or may be they have been there and got out of it.
However, their state of being is non-inquisitive and therefore brings no further discovery until a crisis breaks out.
Some people have not the need to go through similar experience than others do. The evolvement is personal.
Everyone’s life is tailor made.
Since everyone has an opinion . What he/she needs to say counts the same emotionally as what you need to say.
There are also people who say one thing and do another. It’s a waste of time to justify not knowing who you are talking to.
To me, good people remain good people whether they don’t know God , or do.
Evil people remain evil people whether they know God , or don’t.
Religions are housing more than just Good and Evil that some people rather do without.
But for some, they need to pay their visits and learn through it. Both positive and negative experience are experience. Learning from experience is Karma. Who has the right to stop those who need to seek internal evolvement through religions?
I don’t have my hand up for religion, but I do understand there are people who needs it as air and water.
I am sure those who don't have a religion do have some sort of theory, principle or standard to live by. That, in it’s own way, is a kind of religion/belief of their own.
People who mock at people who need God should ask themselves what they need instead of God ? Don’t tell me that they don’t need anything.
And what they need, be it in the form of materialism or mentalism ……… could be their God.

The universe itself has it’s own law and knowledge .
The finding is no more, or no less, than it already exists.
Tapping into unknowns require an initiation, a wish ; a quest ; a question mark , better still with sincerity.
When there is no question , there is no seeking.
The need for seeking has to do with the perception of the Brain . The perception of the Brain is it’s own chemicals. The bio-mechanisms of the brain determine who we are , and how far our intelligence go.
Throughout stages of Brain development in accordance with aging , our behaviours are being shaped as the chemistry of our Brain modifies the biological basis of sadness and joy, love and violence and the way we see the world through a particular human spectrum.
You are who you are , only by knowing yourself and not denying yourself you will find the meaning in life.
