Yeah I'm pretty sure they only provide support during office hours. Have you tried troubleshooting it yourself? The good ole magic sponge of reboots and cable reconnects?

no need to do that it must be ssomething to do with the weather i think. we have no now and no telephone at home today, however we do have internet
it was said our whole building is without.

Its a mix and match on where it goes, but sometimes they have lost whole channels everywhere due to their feed coming from a satelite dish somewhere that has problems.
