WOMEN dispensing with their knickers under a summer dress will come under scrutiny by "fashion police" at this year's Royal Ascot horse race meeting.
Organisers of the five-day event, attended by the Queen, have had to issue a reminder with their invitations that formal dress is required for what is the most important social and sporting occasion of the year in Britain.
I did hear on the radio that the stewards will be utilising the mirror/rod contraptions they normnally use to check for bombs under cars but i am not sure of it's 100% true.
