I'm staying in my apartment (400 sqf 2 bed room, tiny kitchen but can cook good food, washroom) for 4 years and I assume my landlord will *damn* increase the rental again. recently it got a lot more expensive so I'm having a horrible headache about it. Just think that I should start check around ...
