Where do all the live chickens go ?

Now that all live chickens have to be slaughtered at the end of each business day, what is done with the dead chickens as live poultry vendors don't have any refrigeration units?

at current rate most chickens are sold out by day's end if not earlier
I think most of the vendors are practicing something similar to JIT purchasing
Some mofos always try to ice skate uphill....
