Well Chubby, i wouldn't give up on the toy yet... does it make the baby dizzy - try it out on the hubby. Vibrate the top of his head and see if he gets dizzy.

Careful the hair don't get caught in the machinery - ouch!
Don't think baby gets dizzy as he/she is somersaulting about in that water bag anyway and the fluid cushions and disperses any direct force. When he/she's out and responds to the vibrator, you might have competition though...
