I have heared that Indonesian DH have a lower salary then filipinos?

Apparently some will work for less than minimum wage, but if people want a slave - they should move to another country! I would suggest that any employer who pays less than minumum wage should be jailed.

Yeah I know about that...but somebody mentioned to me that Indonesians before they come to Hong Kong they already know that they will get a salary of 2K/month? or something higher than that but not the minimum 3270HK$, and they only have 1 holiday in a month....sigh...how could you stay with your DH at home for a month?????lol if you dont have to go to work then you are stuck together at home for a month????dah!!!

1. We are here to respect local laws. Period. ( agreed SWS).
2. That they are willing to work for less than minimum is maybe
understandable from their viewpoint as in Indonesia they will get between 300 to 500 HK$.
3. On the site across the street there was a thread about a guy who solved the problem how to stay with his maid at home, probably even longer than one month.
