I want to learn more languages BUT I have serious problem on learning languages. Sometimes I will dream I can speak Japanese very fluently, btw, I hope I would sitting on the cloud with my previous idol Akina Nakamori. Possibly we would chat about life... That's nice. And sweet. And sweet dream. ^______^

Language: the main aim would be communicate to each other.

We could find the history, the culture through different languages. And develop...

Recently I borrowed a book about Korean. An introduction of Korean, I found that long time ago, a Korean King, a wonderful King, spent his own time to make his own language. I am not sure the written Korean was done by him or not but it was really amazing! lol So focus! I am lack of on focus! lol

The written Korean is very interesting. Like a kind of symbol.
Besides, I want to write Thai. lol

We all have to work, have to sleep, have to eat, have to pay bills, we spent too much time on something really not interesting. (Sometimes... lol) (hard to explain...) (Do you know what I mean? lol) (Forget it... I don't know what I want to say... lol please forget me if this is painful... lol) Night. Sweet dream.

Waw, didn't know there were belgian people on this forum :p

I was raised in 3 languages too. Dutch, Cantonese and French. For a child, it is no problem to learn multiple languages at a young age. And to be h onest, in the future it will be very very very useful!!!!!!

I think kids under three should stick with two languages - of course the languages should be unrelated - lest the tykes become untalented laggards. The third and fourth languages should be introduced ony after age five. In the mean time, children should begin to master differential equations, linear algebra and one of the fundamental physical sciences, such as thermodynamics or kinetics. An basic understanding of music theory and an appreciation of architecture since the 1200's will do well to round out your child's knowledge of the world and ensure he or she begins life as a happy, healthy well-balanced mutant.
