Hi, will be going at the end of June 05.Am spending 2 weeks in Spain. 1 week would be spent in Barcelona as I am there for work. Am now thinking if I should extend my stay in Madrid, for 2 days at least.
Friends who have been to Madrid have told me that it is best if I can speak a bit of Spanish if I am planning a trip to Madrid. Now this sounds daunting.
Also, am thinking of booking a night train from barcelona to madrid. Is this recommended or should I pay higher and fly instead?
Any other tips are also welcome.
