No matter what I wear, my feet hurt much of the time. Even barefooted.

Have had the problem since my early teens.

Chicago: Number 1 go and see my fav osteopath. Number 2 go see a podiatrist. Number 3 you may need surgery.

Yes, I have foot massages at least 3 times per week but for general health.

Ohhhh Chicago? Did I offend? After 18 years of being a teacher and wearing flat heels, I let loose at my daughter's 21st in high heels. OH MY GOD. I could barely walk, stretch my feet or anything! I went to my osteo and within an hour? Back to normal. But now I am wondering if the cost of the osteo appointment is worth a night out?

No just kidding GT.

Mine is not just bone, it's like my skin is on fire. Can happen for no apparent reason.

Fook off Foth. Chicago - that's coz most pain receptors are within the skin. Can I humbly suggest you go see my osteo? Honestly?

FOTH, i'm surprised you can walk with all that back AND front!
(And no, i do not mean your front under your belt... Not that I know anything about!)

As I mentioned, this has been going on since my teens. I suspect allergy to nylon and I keep forgetting to have it checked out.

Velvet, for foot massage, I go to several places. Depends on where I am but now, most countries do foot massage thankfully.

But you said even when barefoot - with allergies, you have to eliminate them one by one.

Do you have bad posture that might affect circulation - what do the reflexologist/s say?
