I will move to Hong Kong and wish to find an apartment close to Central. The ideal starting date is July 1, but I am flexible about the exact date. Either two bedroom or one bedroom ranging from 10k to 20k (HKD) is acceptable.

I'm relocationg back to UK and will terminate my housing contract early.
It's really great in Central and walking distance to Soho and LanKwaiFong, 5mins and 10mins respectively.
Bus stop in front of building and MTR closeby, 3 supermarkets in the neighborhood area.
I've bought the furniture and stuff so can leave it behind...all furnitures brand new 2mths only from IKEA.
Cable and broadband all here - so you can take over too.
Central, Hollywood Rd (5mins walk from Soho and 10mins from LanKawiFong)
