Looking for tenant to take over lease urgently. If you know anyone who wants/needs to rent an apartment at Central, pls help.
Details of Apartment.
Existing lease is until Feb 2007. Extendable for 1 more year.
Rent is HKD 13,000. Deposit is 2 mth
2 bedroom. 650sq ft. very spacious. Very Clean and well kept. All furniture included.
Club house with swimming, gym, snooker facilities on first floor.
Minutes from escalator. 5-10mins walk to central.

Your Apt sounds very good; I have a co-worker who just got here from Sydney. She is currently looking for an Apt, and I think she would be interest as she is staying in a corp apt for now. I will pass your number to her and you ladies work it out. (BTW her name is Kathy).
