I am moving and want to get movers. I will do the packing, but I want them to do the lifting and the carrying. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced Man with a Van?

I have used Raymond 94899173 a few times. Not expensive and speaks perfect English.
Don't be put off by him wanting to give you an estimate even for small jobs - he won't charge for it. (I mean coming to look at your space first.)

I screwed up before by just going thru the phone book to find movers. It is always good to get a referral.

I used sinolion but they were a bit expensive considering I only had half a van load.
However, the service was very good. The main guy in charge speaks good english as does one of the drivers, Philip.
Eric Tang's number is 9238 9812. He'll give a discount if you do all the packing yourself. The men will lift and do all the physical stuff for you.
Although expensive, I did get my money's worth in the end. The sofa wouldn't fit in the lift so they had to carry it up 4 floors.

In 10 days or so. Have already had some things delivered, but have to move the bulk of the stuff around the 13th or 14th.
