Getting sore eyes from looking at apt's online...
We are a couple with approx 23000 bugget. Would like to live in mid levels or central,
What will this get us? is a quality 2 bedder possible..
Im combing this forum for tips on negotiating ..seems its gonna save us heaps...cheers for that gang!

nikko, you can for future reference edit your own post instead of posting 3 times. Not complaining, it just looks better.
Your budget is fine for a 2 bdr but unless you're here to actually look I think you may have already done what you can (sore eyes from reading ads). All the flats in your price range would be at least 2 bdr.

Im a total newbie to message boards..i appreciate and all adivice.
What other areas would you suggest.not married to these areas..just what the poeple in the office advise...We dont want to be to far from central for work and social reasons..Dont mind a bit of a commute and apprecicate the trade off of quailty of accomidation/live v Costs..

Admiralty, Wanchai, North Point all have nice areas and are very convenient to Central. Have surf ! Good luck.
