Hi,
I am moving to Tuen Mun to work for Lingnan university around the second week of august and I am looking for a place to rent, either a flat to share or a small place for myself.
I am an easygoing mexican researcher, male and nonsmoker. My contract is initially for 6 months but may be renewed.
Do you guys happen to know of anything that could help? or may be recommend some hostel in the area for temporary acommodation?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks a lot Mango. I guess I can't really do anything until I get to HK and call them. Would you advice me to go for one of those advertised for a real state agent? or is it better to go for directly dealing with the owner?
Also, do you know of any place I can crash in the first days until I land a lease?
thanks again

Becerill
I am afaraid as you not speak cantonese you need to approach a real estate agent. For short time stay in this area there is no serviced aprtment or such things, but you can take shelter in gold coast hotel, which is just 10 min away with bus from the uni. they charge about 3-4k per week.
